Role-based Insights

tensai® offers a sophisticated solution through its role-based insights, designed to cater to the diverse array of stakeholders within an organization, including executives, administrators, managers, and more. These insights are facilitated through the "360 Views" feature in the tensai® platform, which assigns specific dashboards to users based on their unique roles and responsibilities, ensuring that the insights they access are directly aligned with their specific needs.

Role-based Dashboard Creation:​

  • Only dashboards created by a Tenant Admin can be set as role-based dashboards.
  • Tenant Admins have the authority to set role-based dashboards for each role from Admin Console -> Roles.
  • One role-based dashboard cannot be tagged to more than one role at a time.
  • The allocated dashboard can be viewed by the users belonging to that role under 360 Views.
  • If a user has multiple roles, he/ she can access all their respective role-based dashboards under 360 Views.
  • Only "Refresh" and "Make a Copy" dashboard features are enabled for these dashboards.
